标 题: 请教：住院医生期间申请EB2-NIW绿卡

想请教过来人，住院期间是否能申请EB2-NIW绿卡？
我目前在一个大学做postdoc。请律师评估了background，觉得走NIW的话，机会较大。
但2013年7月开始，我要离开现在的大学，去一个commnity hospital（not affiliated
to any university）以H1B visa做内科resident。如果现在开始准备申请，预计最快
下半年才能递I-140 petition。那时候我的身份就不再是researcher了。我的顾虑是，
那时候我是不是就不qualify NIW的申请了？

and has done XX years study of XX diseases, now he/she is starting the
clinical training in USA. After the three year training, he is going to
setup his own lab with a focus of translation study of XX diseases... As a
proof, he has submitted several federal fellowships of XXX.....
