我140 (EB-1B, non pp, TSC) 是12月初批准的，现在在出生公证上有些麻烦，短时间
内恐怕拿不到。请问USCIS
对I-140批准到file I-485之间的时间间隔有什么规定吗？有没有说比如若干个月内必
须file485，否则全部重新来过？多谢多谢！ | s******4

there are ppl who waited several months to years before 485 submission, for
example those who are looking for a spouse, etc.
