However she must note that her visa appliation may be denied, and that EVEN
it is approved, if she indeed uses the F-1 visa to enter the U.S., her 485
application may be denied.

Note that using any of F, J, B, O visa to enter the U.S, while 485 pending
could possibly lead to 485 denial.

Not after she has filed I-485.
If she is a citizen of UK, Japan, Germany,.... she can still easily get F
visa after her own pending/approved I-140 or I-130 in her home country, but
she should not and cannot get F/B visa or use VWP after filing I-485 or
during CP even if she is from UK,..... | t******y

F1 visa will be denied almost for sure in this situation.
