FAQ about baseline上说：
1.From the home page, click Baselines to go to the Baselines Menu.
2.In the By Averages row, click the View the average citation rates table
link to go to the Average Citation Rates table.
3. Locate the desired field in the table. Refer to the All Years column for
the 10-year average of citations per paper.
