发帖数: 362 | 1 最近查了查131和485状态，发现是initial review，received date是九月底
但是下面有一行字挺吓人的
“On October 11, 2012, the post office returned the notice we last sent you
on this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST
STATUS as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this
case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this
notice to be re-sent.”
131的状态下面也是这行字，只是时间不同，是October 31
说是发了个notice但是邮局给退回去说undeliverable。
这个很奇怪因为我的别的notice包括所有receipt notices和EAD卡等等都是这个地址收
到的，填表的时候地址也检查过几次。
给律师发信律师说应该没关系因为EAD是combo card上面有131的documents
但是485的问题他也没回答，只是说如果要面试或者RFE等等他会受到通知，所以叫我等
等不用着急
打电话给uscis service回答说可以再发一次，叫我去邮局register我的address。去了
邮局人家又说你地址没问题一直都送得到。。。肯定是地址有问题。。。
彻底迷糊了，应该怎么办呢？

已经打电话给uscis，tire 2 service agent也说要去邮局properly register my
address。但是去了邮局之后人家说跟本没有什么register address这回事儿。说我平
时都能收到东西，不用register address。。。
现在第二次投寄已经寄出了，希望能顺利收到吧
有一个问题，像这种状况notice没收到退回uscis了，那case的review是停止了呢还是
正常进行中？还是取决于这个notice到底是什么？
