回来的时候有问题。我应该带些什么？美国房贷证明？水电收费单？有谁有过同样经历

Usually, it is better to stay outside US for less than 6 months if you're
not a US citizen. | s******4

The first time would probably be OK. Maybe just an oral warning. Maybe worse
, a note of "I-407 advised" on your passport. But usually your green card
will not be taken away for the first time.
However you should prepare material that proving your prolonged stay outside
of the US is due to something beyond your control. Maybe a letter from your
institution saying you are in sabbatical and a letter from the institution
you were working on outside of US saying your research there takes longer
time then expected.
Also- ties to the US may be useful such as driver's licence, utility bill
etc.
