Sometimes his claim on not signing "over claim" letter does not actually
result that he will not sign "over claim" letter.
Second, his "over claim" definition might be higher than yours. Therefore
your "over claim" letter might be still considered okay to him.
Give a shot. If the final modified signed letter is not satisfactory, just
discard it. |
