I submitted cocurrently with my EB1 case
but my NIW was approved on the same date as my EB1
Stupid USCIS linked my 485 to NIW
Fighting with them to interfile my 485 to EB1 now

We tried to link our 485(submitted on EB2) to Eb1. They sent us a letter
saying it's done. But...then, we are still waiting for the final approval.
USCIS is a mess.

your EB1? Just cannot trust USCIS anymore

I am far away from the local infopass office.
