本人情况是先file了EB1-A I-140 and I-485 concurrently, 也打了指纹，但是 I-140
still under review. 然后最近公司sponsor的EB1-B I-140 approve了， 不知道在这
种情况下可否将与pending的EB1-A I-140一起交上去的I-485 与现在已经批了的EB1-B
I-140 link到一起？在版上考古了但发现不是特别清楚，是否relink需要两个I-140都
批了才行。在此跪谢各位解答！ |

is still under review. But recently my EB1-B I-140 was approved, and the A #
on EB1-B I-140 approval notice is the same as EB1-A A#.
Update:
I sent an email to USCIS to request interfiling my I-485 with my approved
EB1-B I-140, and I got a response as this: "Both I 140’s are in the file
with your I 485. At the present time, your file is in the I 140 exams
section awaiting the review/adjudication of the I 140 SEC XXXX. I cannot
pull the file as long as there is an I 140 waiting for review." Looks like
as long as the EB1-A I-140 is pending, I can not request interfiling... Is
it correct? Or I should keep trying? Is there anything I can do

which email address did you use to contact them? Did you get confirmation
email or something like that before they answered your question? And how
long did it take?
