485 applications. It typically takes one or two weeks from your mailing date
. Your LD can also use EAD card to work.

发帖数: 988 | 3 I think those are separate issues. You have not got EAD for her, so she
should file I-539 for h4 asap. You can put I-485, I-765 forms for both of
you and file together. Once her EAD is approved, she can work using EAD. | d******g
