发帖数: 8496 | 5 not enough. so if you can do H1 extension before 10-9, do it.
if you can't, probably not a big problem because you are allowed 180 illegal
days and still get I-485 approval under 245k. But 10-10 to EAD start date
will still be illegal work days.
