发帖数: 313 | 1 不好意思，可能这个问题比较白。可是拿到学校的EB1B application checklist，里面
好像没有提到有petition letter这一项。 只是强调要有I-140表 和 offer letter，
还有其他的supporting documents。petition letter没有被提到， 是by default吗？
