背景很弱，应该算比较难的case，虽然学校答应帮忙做，但是心里实在没有底气，上来
寻求些参考意见。
主要的问题是paper都是我在博士期间得工作，博士后期间的工作由于专利保护的问题
，没有发文章，目前一篇共同作者的文章在整理中。刚开始准备推荐信，因为大家都说
1b强调的是international recognition，然后看已发表文章的情况，我估计得着重吹
博士期间的工作了，但是学校的律师又说移民局还是看重我们在美国做的贡献，我搞不
清楚，到底该怎么吹了，希望热心人能帮忙支个招看看我还有什么办法强化我的case。 |

我知道自己case弱，潜水有一阵子看大家多数比我强
因为博士后工作就是一个pending的patent加上两个摘要。老板倒是说会帮我写些其他
东西。
可是大家不都说pending patent不要提吗。
