no real impact, but because USCIS's system is a broken one, they may first
deny your 485 by their mistake if your Eb1B 140 got denial. (Chance is
really low,

2) should I check something in I-140 form to indicate that I485/I131/I1765
would be filed concurrently?

1）如果EB1b 的485 reject了，还可以等NIW的排期到了再重新递交485即可？
2）Concurrent filing分别寄出,I-140 表的Part 4. (Processing information), 4.
(Any any other petition or application being filed with this form I-140), 可
以先填“No”了？
