I started to worry after two months without result. My wife called several
times since July. On 7/10, USCIS finally agreed to expedite the process
with the reason of might lost of job and financial loss if not receive the
EAD in time. The second day, they mailed letter to request approval notice
of I140 and hold the application until request of evidence received.
我x, 真xx衰.明明我们的审请被扔在某个角落没人理. 一被要求加急,他们倒反过来管
我要从来没听说过的I140批准复印件.这是我第7次办我或太太的EAD,他们的网站从来没
写要这个.这明显是拿着大笔的审请费不干事,还倒打一耙.真缺材料,早干吗不要.虽然
也曾闪念也许不应加急,说不定过两天就批了,加急反儿耽搁了.但我肯定就是真等90天,
还是如此,倒霉的是我们.
联想到我们2007年递485后的一切,等我三类485有名额,还不定出什么幺哦子的呢.他们
曾把律师的地址写成我家的,我搬家之后尽管用AR11通知他们,结果还是在2009年把分别
给我和太太的两个有关体检RFE寄到旧址.耽误了回邮.最后律师亲自联系才把律师的地
址和我的地址正确地该过来,并把RFE回了.律师告诉我没问题了.可三年后的今天,我的
485 case status依然是"...post office returned the notice...", 我太太的是
Request Of Evidence. 看着就堵的慌. 好在后来审请EAD and AP都还好.到了2011年,
孩子14岁了,结果他们又把FP notice寄到旧址,律师那儿没寄,生说律师不是孩子的代理
人. 律师重递代理人表,花了钱不说,FP就再也没来,孩子也从没做FP.孩子的status is
request of service: "we received your response to our request for evidence.
This case is being processed at our NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER location..."
我真想大喊"我衰,可不是我的错, 我不想衰". | b******g

when they receive it.

发帖数: 17 | 7 Thanks for the good luck. It is the seventh time I applied EAD for myself or
my wife, it is EAD renewal and I never have to submit I140 approval before
and on their web site, they never ask for it. I could not remember the first
EAD because it was done by attorney.
