2,go to the senator's website and find the online request system
3,applications are always delayed at 485 stage,cause lots of factors might
affect the processing time,even USCIS would have to wait for the reports
from the third party...that's why Senator might get more info about your
case status than you know online or customer service phone call. HOWEVER, at
140 stage, IO has the right to judge whether your case is qualified for
immigration..Senator request might not work for the decision. | g*****3
