一）寄485+AP+EAD（DIY）。
其实我之前就希望律师能把我的140材料hold几天，等我把485材料准备好一起寄。我经
验少，律师说“只要140没批，485后交也算concurrent”——应该没错，但我刚刚意识
到：我无法在485表上填140 receipt #（因TSC尚未分配给我），因而担心TCS收到485
材料后不能归宗到之前的140上，或耽搁时间归宗。而好像140 receipt #要在TSC收到
数周后才通知我（之后我还打算PP 140）。我真的急需拿到绿卡，不想浪费任何时间。
我的担心是否合理？烦请各位指点！谢谢！ |

到＃再file485.

我虽不大懂e-file, 但我的律师应该不是e-file的。
我看了这里：

must include a copy of the Form I-797, showing that your Form I-140 was
accepted or approved."
就是说，我必须等到TSC寄给我I-797后才能寄485? 这个797就是receipt notice? 书面
file收到后大约多久能拿到receipt notice呢？
恐怕又要耽搁几周了，这对我非常重要。

you will get No within 2weeks), then file 485. Otherwise TSC won't link your
485 to 140. Your 485 application will be returned to you.

485 until you know your 140 Receipt No. One thing you can do is after 7
days of paper file, call TSC some nice CSR maybe will tell your No through
the phone.

我的情况，延迟绿卡可能会丧失更重要的机会。唉

fillings without ever having any problems
some lawyer do so because they want to make more money, they charge
separately for 140 and 485
