appeal reviewer的意思是，被editor拒掉的稿子，作者不服气，向editor申诉，那么
editor就发给我评判给出判决。
adjudicative referee的意思是，已经有两个审稿意见，但遇见相反，editor找我来给
仲裁。
我的问题是，如何用英文吹嘘这两种审稿人比 普通的审稿人 强、牛？
比如：
compared with the expert reviewer, appeal reviewer/adjudicative referee 牛牛
牛。
appeal reviewer/adjudicative referee is only selected from xxxxxxx.

1.先宽泛的吹杂志审稿人
本杂志的审稿人也就是expert reviewer：only scientists who have established an
international reputation of excellence in their fields are considered as
potential reviewers to judge the work of others. Based on Dr. xxx’s
significant contributions to the field of electronic materials and devices,
his established impressive academic record, and his international reputation
, he has been selected as an expert reviewer for the XXX journal.
2.再吹appeal reviewer和adjudicative referee
appeal reviewer和adjudicative referee是selected from expert reviewer，分别对
申诉的稿件进行判决和对审稿人不同意见的稿件进行仲裁。他们有对先前审稿人的意见
提出质疑和反驳的的权力，只有expert reviewer中的top或者small percentage才能被
editor选作成为appeal reviewer和adjudicative referee。因此，appeal reviewer和
adjudicative referee are topper than the expert reviewer。

了做appeal reviewer和adjudicative referee的经历。请问大蜜，证明reviewer里top
的那部分是必须的么？
