另外，可以申请O签证

RFE for verification letter. you can submit the verification letter then.
that might work. i would talk to other people or a lawyer to see if this
is feasible. good luck. |

still need to meet the outstanding researcher requirement, 3-year experience
,... yourself at the time of PD (before you start working with the sponsor). |

发帖数: 24532 | 9 you will be challenged the 3 year research experience , not worthy of doing
so. If you are a phd, the best way to go is O1 visa. After O1 approved, you
will be most likely qualified 1a/b after working with pay stubs.
Even though the company may sponsor 1B for you before your employment, but
guarantee the application bona fide will be challenged. You will put
yourself onto a hotspot if your background is not strong enough.
