I think you need to call USCIS to confirm your address. I moved August last
year, but my 140 approval notice was still sent to my old address in
November. USPS returned it to USCIS since I had an address change request in
its system. After the return, USCIS checked my address again and sent it to
my new address. It took one month and half for me to receive my notice. I
thought it's lost.

我明白一些信封上些return service的用意了。看来在USPS上改地址就已经给了暗示，
必须打回，如果USCIS给的是老地址
看来得老实填AR11啊
