no need to choose AOS or not for this F2身份配偶.
you just need to list F2身份配偶 in the form. All the AOS or not choice is
for you and only you. Spouse (doesn't have to be the same spouse when you
file I-140)or children will join you when you file I-485 or choose CP. |
