感觉是走EB2的PERM。
A. The University consults with foreign nationals preparing to file for perm
anent residency in order to ensure understanding of the process and to monit
or progress toward permanent residency. Tenure-track faculty members should
begin the consultation process once they have been renewed for their second
year. The University has a contract with an outside law firm to file applica
tions for permanent residency (green card) on behalf of foreign nationals wh
o are hired through an H-1B. The University is committed to facilitating the
process of application for permanent residency. The University does not pro
vide legal advice to foreign nationals on such matters.
B. The University is responsible for all fees associated with the Applicatio
n for Permanent Employment Certification (ETA Form 908). Any fees associated
with the filing of (Form I-140) Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, (Form
I-485) Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status shall be
the responsibility of the foreign national. | z*x

2) can start only ? (might be 3) years after your contract renew and if you
have an H1B visa;
3) self pay for the cost of I 140 and 485.
I thought the school is very critical (mean) in related to green card; but
you need to doublecheck and negotiate for any improvement, if applicable. | b***a

另外，140和485如果自己搞要多少钱？
