As I mentioned before, I started preparation around Jan 2011. Sent out all
materials on Feb 10 2012, and received on-line approval on May 11th.

Ph.D. in Genetics (U.S.)
two first author paper, one fourth authorship paper.
Several medial reports on Cell, Nature, etc.
All recommendation letters were from U.S. All from academia.
Whatelse? if you want to ask me something, I will be more than happy to
share my experience with you.
During my preparation, I received help (a lot) from here, it is my time to
