发帖数: 453 | 3 Once the USCIS receives your I-485, and you are legal to stay at US until a
decision has been made to your I-485.
If you currently are employed, you cannot work anymore if your job visa has
not been extended or you don't have an EAD by the time your current job visa
expires.
