主要是我工作不是很稳定，怕交485的时候没工作了，到时如果递交485，很可能没有
employment verification letter，一旦让面谈怕是凶多吉少，哎

employment verification letter.
Even without getting married before your 485 application, you may get
interviewed if your employer will inform USCIS that you are no longer
working there by then (But I do hope that you will have a job then).
Getting married before 485 does not cause much more chance of interview. To
prove a marriage is easy in an interview anyway, if it's true.

我是主申请人，但现在工作不稳定（non-profit h1b），就怕递交485申请的时候工作
就没了。。
考古看到貌似uscis对eb1a类申请人的evl要求不高，下面是偶看到的两个帖子：

you are looking for trouble for yourself, because you applied UB, they
know you have no job right now, that marked the red flag on your
application and made it transfered to local office. If you did not apply
UB, i think you can safely fly under the radar, tons of EB1A passed
without EVL since EB1A is already a self-petition category. If you are
not married, don't have any illegal status or criminal history in the
past, you are the first one I ever saw go to the local office interview
as an EB1 main applicant. My suggestion to you is know how to explain
the UB issue not just your EVL, i doubt just EVL caused you face
interview.
As for UB effects on 485, there is not a definite answer yet.

至少有两个老美老资格律师跟我说过eb1a的危险是通过率只有一半. 好处是如果过了
140, 根本不用担心485. 一个说他从来没见过eb1a的485还面谈的.
也就是说, 通常eb1a的140如果批了并且已经交了485, 此后, 失业不怕, 没工作不怕,
绿卡早晚都会来.
我估计您当初也是听人这说的, 但又往前走了一步, 去领救济了. 建议您领救济的绝对
是好心地害了人啊!!
如果不领救济, 根本没有这些麻烦.
可能的话, 尽快找高校的researcher, 或找家公司的part time都行(我认识的一位, 失
业后找个part time, 工资也只有一半, 但最后有惊无险地绿了),反正得证明你有相同
领域的工作就行.
