The web site is kind of crazy. If I choose self petition as my case, the web
consists on asking me to fill some information of the representative. And I
just could not submit.
However if I input N/A of the information for the representative, it says"
You entered Representative information but did not select 'Legal
Representative.' Please either choose 'Legal Respresentative' for the "I Am"
field or delete the Representative information entered."
Any way to solve this problem is appreciated!

发帖数: 1063 | 4 我在申请opt时换过地址，是打电话换的，如果你着急485快点到来，最好还是不要换了
。工作人员说会further slow down的process。结果我的opt整整拖了三个多月，只能
在家呆着，算是超慢了。你可以告诉以前地址的人，如果这封信到了，给你寄过去就行
了。

I called the service. The lady is not patient at all. Her words are nice but
the tone is so weired. I realized this is not a customer service as a bank
or others...
I tried to get through the process. Hopefully she has done the job! |
