发帖数: 800 | 3 主要是两个485同时交的,没有相互提到另一个Case,现在反而是自找麻烦了 :(

发帖数: 6523 | 4 Was your EB1 140 approved? If yes, why did you bother with EB2 485? If it's
pending, using EB2 EAD sounds better. I don't know whether you need to
cancel the other EAD if you don't plan to use it.

发帖数: 800 | 5 i submitted 140 and 485 for the Eb1 case concurrently, same week as the Eb2
485. then the 140 got approved. at that time, i am not sure if my eb1 140
will be approved or not, so submit eb2 485 as well. |
