I just got 140 and am planning to sumbit 485 this month. I will travel to
China in June.
Can I leave States after I file 485, AP and EAD together? Right now my
status is H1-B and I am Canadian citizen and do not need visa to reenter
States.
Normally how long to get AP and EAD?

citizen.

Your 485 application may be considered abandoned if you travel out of us
without AP

According the instruction of I-131, I can travel without AP as long as I
keep the same status.
But I also hear that my 485 will be abondoned if I travel before I get AP
and EAD.
Really confused.
