I did a routine physical exam/blood test/TB with PCP last month.
Can I find a civil surgeion , show him my records and just get the i-693
form without doing another physical exam?

发帖数: 207 | 2 Physical examination needs to be done by Civil Surgeon. This is USCIS rule.
Your blood test needs to contain a test for RPR （梅毒）, not the regular
blood test, you can ask for your PCP to write another order.
Some civil surgeon accepts TB/Blood test done elsewhere, some don't, you
need to call to find out.

so, if I manage to get blood test done with PCP recently including what
USCIS needs, I may get a civial surgeon to do less and charge less and take
less time?
by physical exam, do you refer to just the basic stuff (not any lab test) ?
Thanks for the info, and I'll of coz call the civil surgeons in the area to
verify. (I suppose some won't do if u don't get blood test there?).

for me.
and charged me less than 100 bucks. All else are covered by my insurance.
Note that some may require your TB and blood test to be done in the past 30
days, some may require you to do them in their clinic, it all varies from
one to the other. So it's important you call and ask first, and ask what they want exactly with your blood test.
