Need I have to provide my foreign address? If I don't have, could I leave my
friend's home address at out of States?
Questions #3:If the peron's native alphabet is other than Roman letters,
writ the person's foreign name and address in the native alphabet.
Should I write my name in Chinese words and leave my parents' Chinese
address?
G-28 form: should I submit two sets of signed G-28 forms?
