on the 91st day. But how they can deny my case because of this....

发帖数: 136 | 6 I want to apply for reopen. The other bad thing is that although I submitted
the online address change and they sent my RFE to my old address, but I
could not find my email record.

and important reference letter from a trash Japanese professor. I should do
everything earlier, but ....
