我的情况：EB2，I-140已批，I-485 RD 8/19/2011，EAD和AP已批，但公司昨天通知这
周五（12/2/2011）最后一天。
仔细读了PJ大作485PENDING换工作的180天，有一事仍不解。在风险中PJ提到 “3) 尽
管雇主没有撤回 I-140，如果 180 天之内提交的 I-485 在移民局手里有了裁决，你也
就不幸死翘翘了。”但后面您又提到“如果你在 I-485 提交 180 天之内丢了工作，情
况不象你想象的那么糟。很显然是雇主没有给你一个永久为他工作的机会，在 I-485
裁决的时候你只要有个新的相同或相似的职位，就足够了。”。
我想问各们的是：如果我马上找到工作，而且现雇主不withdraw我已批的140，但移民
局在180天内裁决，我会有被拒的风险吗？还有如果现雇主不withdraw140，但通知
USCIS我的职位取消，会对我的485申请有致使影响吗？
现在正和公司谈relocate到其它办公室，但公司如果愿意relocate，要签几年卖身，早
走要还回所有薪水，但好象对我而言，呆在同一个公司身份风险最小。现也有其它一些
意向，但不知道身份的风险有多大。

other online discussions. It's better that you consult with some lawyers.

Yes. Without any external information, 485 may still RFE on the offer letter
. Especially if there is such a message from your sponsoring employer, it's
not good. But why would your company bother to tell USCIS about such things? |

like unpaid leave? Try to talk to your company to keep u on payroll until
180 days?
