"对于成年人，需要打的疫苗：MMR, Td, Varicella(这个小时候得过的就不用打），
flu shot（如果你的体检是在10月到来年的5月，需要）"

发帖数: 6523 | 6 I read some googled posts on the medical exam before, which said that the
doctors could help you to waive some vaccines even due to religious reasons,
etc. If you are allergic, you should let your doctor know and s/he may help
you to waive it.
所以希望不打。可以跟医生说么？ 会不会被RFE 呀？

another side question: Do I have to do the exam at the same time as my
husband? Do we have to tell the Dr we are husband and wife for the exam? |

发帖数: 292 | 10 Just called a different Doctor, and confirmed that only people of age above
50 requires flu shot. so we are in the clear for that one!
But the doctor said that he is going to do a Varicella blood titer test to
see if we have immunity, and if not (even if you have had it when you are
young), you will still be required to take a shot. :( |

As to Varicella, my doctor just asked me whether I had chickenpox before. I said yes, and then she marked it as okay.
I'd say perhaps you can ask one other doctor to see whether you can have the least tests and the least shots.
above 50 requires flu shot. so we are in the clear for that one!
