发帖数: 6523 | 3 You can ask your lawyer how long it takes for him/her to respond to your
email questions (often within 24 hours or less), to revise your drafts (
maybe one day per letter, etc), to write up the PL (oftentimes a week, well,
some lawyers may say up to a month though, depending on how many cases they
have on hand), etc.
You need to spend time to write up the letters (although some lawyers may
write them, but with extra charge, and you need to provide a research
statement anyway), and to wait for the letters to be signed. The waiting
time varies a lot, from within a day to several weeks, especially during
school breaks.
Overall, it's normal to be from a couple of months to half a year.

今天是12月1日
一共收齐三封签名的独立推荐信。现在第四封独立推荐信初稿第二遍已经有模有样。估
计到12月中旬，我会收齐第四封独立推荐信。
然后趁着圣诞节，再搞两封。其中一个是熟人推荐。一个再考虑。 |

中间的交代自己的研究，也无法用模版。
我的主要来源是版上免费的。
