for an H1 visa, and I am reminded of this question.
Do you think that the history of being checked when applying for a visa
helps the name-check (with shorter time) in 485 application? Since FBI is
involved in both of them, and perhaps they have some record to share? Does
anyone have any experience in that? |

1. IO懒，缺啥会要求你补啥，让他自己主动查怕是没动力
2. 多近的日期算近呢？name check是和犯罪记录相关的，这个记录可以发生在
visa check 和 name check之间的任何时候

I heard that the visa check may be good for the next visa application within
3 years, but I guess that that time-line does not apply here.
Also, indeed, there are many random factors in USCIS. Let's hope that we all
get our green cards soon!
