应该空着？
2. I907 mail instruction 里面有2个地址， 一个是mailing address，一个是
carrier address，我的理解是如果用usps就用mailing address,如果用fedex or ups
就用carrier address?
3. 我的材料太厚 （500+ pages),需要自己找个盒子什么的先把材料给装起来然后再去
ship么？
