What IOs look for is your achievements and how they impact others in
academia and industry. That's where you need to show your uniqueness.
Also, IOs are looking for evidences whether these letters do not jive up. If
two letters share the same sentences or paragraphs, the case will be
rejected without a second chance.
So try to vary the content coverage and the formatting and wording style of
each letter to make them different, for your case, but not necessarily
between different applicants.
