When i called the first time, my RD is outside of processing time in NSC but
not TSC, they didnot want to do SR for me and told me that I have to wait
when my RD is outside of processing time at TSC since my 485 was originally
submitted to TSC
After processing time is updated in Sep, I called again, since my RD is
outside of processing time at both center. They finally did SR for me and I
got a mail yesterday saying that they are doing some special processing and
may take up to 6 months...
I kinda gave up, just wait...

I called USCIS on Sept.16 to do SR,
was told that the normal time frame for my case is 115 days from Sept 16!!!
Not the 4 month time line shown as NSC. NOT allowed to do SR. They
explained that additional time is required for cases transferred to NSC.
They need to verify what has been done TSC meets the law requirement. It
really sucks!

approved yours A LONG TIME ago.
I wonder if it will help for transferred cases.

最近140批了，做不了SR，不过有特殊情况可以 expedite
SR和Expedite有多少用，不知道，但是大家都想早一点收到卡才功德圆满。
