Different field has distinct citations. In your case, conference might be
more important than journal paper. However, if you have 2 journal papers,
definitely you have more chance.
Anyway, if you want to start now, you need to dig out ALL your highlights as
much as possible. All depends how you can convince IO that you have made
contributions to your area and are recognized internationally.
For instance, emphasize that your field focuses on implication, such as you
have patent, and it has been employing by IBM in many critical ways, etc.
For international credit, you may say that you have attended a quiet few
high-profile international conferences, bla bla...
Find supporting letters from big names stating the important advances you
have made to your field.
If you can serve reviewer for some journals, it helps!

more like "totality", which was what I got from this bbs.You can check my
old posters.
Also, I am curious about if there is anyone successful case who only claim
Authorship and Judge for EB1B. |
