2008 US PhD from 3rd tier U. Now Research faculty in a 4th tier U.
Papers (2008-present): 9 (2 reviews, 5 1st author, 3 corresponding author),
1 submitted, 1 coauthor under review. All top journals in my field.
Only 24 citations (mostly self-citation; most citations are within US)
Oral presentations: 2
Abstracts: 11
Review: 3 journals (top in my field), 21 times; committee member of a Ph.D.
student.
PI of a small grant. However, half of the awardees are from outside the U.S.
Also, one Nobel Laureate was an awardee and is now on their committee.
1. Shall I claim two or three criteria (publication, review , contribution) ?
2. If claim two, which is better, Publication+Review or Contribution+Review?
If claim contribution, my citation record is too weak but the grant awardee
distribution and that Nobel Laureate are bonus.

Now the IOs check the individual claims on face value first, and then
evaluate the totality. You may pass all the individual claims, but the
totality is still not satisfied.
Totality is like the overall impression whether your work is internationally
influential.
