I'm preparing for I485.
From some checklists in the mitbbs website, we need Copy of official birth
certificate and marriage certificate.
I have Notarial Certificate of Marriage and birth.
However, my wife's Notarial Certificate of Marriage was left in China.
Is it OK for us to use Copy of my Notarial Certificate of Marriage?
Do we need the original Notarial Certificate of Marriage and birth?

scan the marriage notarial or take a pic, then send by email. |

Your marriage certificate is not same as your wife's. if not then your wife
is not qualified for 485. if yes, your wife MC can use yours.

I will used the photocopy of my MC and other documents.
Before I thought, I should use the original one.

slightly different. Therefore, we need to present two different notarial.
If it is fine with you, could you please send me the I485 application check
list?
