15 papers, 8 first author (IF 3-20, paper of the week)
110 independent citations
7 conference presentations
5 patents
10 reviews for 6 journals (IF 1-5)
editorial board member for 6 journals
5 recommendation letters including 2 independent references (from US and
Europe)
Sigma Xi member
claimed authorship, contribution,review and membership
I was a little worried about the membership, but my lawyer said "Based on my
experience, if you have strong background and have at least 3 other solid
points, USCIS will give you approval without challenging Sigma Xi. It
happens to most of our EB-1A clients.However, if the officer does not
believe you deserve an approval, he/she will challenge your other points
including Sigma Xi. Sigma Xi alone will not trigger any unnecessary
challenge".
I submitted my NIW back in January and it was approved on Aug. 22nd, one day
before my EB-1A approval. I have seen a similar case on trackit: NIW
submitted in Feb, EB-1A in June, both got approved in August (within three
days).
Sorry I really don't have much BAOZI left, need to save some for 485.
