officer. 结果说SR要求悲剧。dependent抱怨说合理要求也被拒。结果officer说你可
以再寄一封正式的加急request到USCIS, 也收到一封USCIS的回信说dependent的SR悲剧
，因为太多的这种SR。我们上周六寄出正式的加急request letter。结果今天收到
email说dependent的EAD批了。我们正想等下周去见senator呢。所以我们也不知道哪个
起作用了。不过，可以肯定的是：
1。对EAD指纹不是必须的，我们还没有打指纹，而且指纹通知上有EAD的receipt
number.
2。dependent可以单独要求加急。我的EAD没有任何动静。
3。EAD和AP应该是一起了，因为两个同时批的。

Dear Officer:
My name is XXX. I filed my I-485 (Application to Register Permanent
Residence or Adjust Status), I765 (Application for Employment Authorization)
, and I 131 (Application for Travel Document) on ???, based on the approved
I-140 petition under classification 203(b)(1)(A) alien of extraordinary
ability with receipt number ???. Now I am working as ??? at xxx. as shown in
the attached letter from my company’s CEO. However, My OPT EAD card will
expire on ???. I hope that USCIS can expedite the process of my I765
application so that I can continue working. Otherwise, I will have severe
financial loss because I will lose my job and have no income to support me
and my family. I understand that it usually takes about 3 months to process
I765. However, my current situation is special and urgent. In addition,
since I765 is for these people who need to work when their I-485 is pending,
I do wish that you can approve my I765 before ???.
Attached please find a copy of my application receipt, one employment
verification letter from my company, copies of monthly payroll statements,
and a copy of my OPT EAD card. Thank you very much for your great help!
