太郁闷了呀！
We submitted the U.S. Department of Labor's (DOL) prevailing wage request on
xxxxxxx; however, we have yet to hear from the labor department. On 7/21/
11, DOL advised that there were widespread agency delays in processing
prevailing wage determinations and that the normal processing time were
extended to 60 days.
On 08/04/11, DOL announced that they are now suspending all PERM labor
certification (green card) prevailing wage determinations until further
notice. Please see attachment for details.
Without a prevailing wage determination, we are unable to start the PERM
labor certification (green card) job market test. |
