for this type of inquiries. Someone will follow up with USCIS after you
submit the form.
I got an email from a director in USCIS 4 hours after I came back from the
office. And my case got reviewed and approved within a month.
I would suggest that you write a letter clearly explaining your situation
and include all essential information (Name, A#, case numbers, etc.). You
can then attach the letter to the form.

the form and fax it back with a cover letter.
