怎样回复这个标准模板，尤其是第一条。个人觉得第一条包括了后面的几条。另外，是
否必须按这几条组织response。多谢！
1.Objective documentary evidence of the significance of the beneficiary’s
contribution to the field.
2.Documentary evidence that people throughout the field currently consider
the
beneficiary’s work important.
3.Testimony and/or support letters from experts which discuss the
beneficiary
’s contributions of major significance.
4.Evidence that the beneficiary’s major significant contribution(s) has
provoked widespread public commentary in the field or has been widely cited.
5.Evidence of the beneficiary’s work being implemented by others. Possible
evidence may include but is not limited to:
(1)Contracts with companies using the beneficiary’s products;
(2)Licensed technology being used by others;
(3)Patents currently being utilized and shown to be significant to the

A.Objective documentary evidence of the significance of my contributions to
the field
(A)My work has been honored two nationally recognized awards for excellence
As stated above, due to my outstanding accomplishments and significant
contributions, I was honored with two national-level awards: First Class of
the “State Natural Science Award” granted by the Ministry of Education of
China and Third Class of “Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award”
granted by Chinese Medical Association (Exhibits XX). Less than 0.01% of
scientists out of a total of about 4,200,000 faculty members in more than 2,
750 universities in China receive these awards each year, (Exhibits XX).
This demonstrates my contributions have significant scientific value that is
recognized both within and beyond my field. It also demonstrates I have
been recognized among the top scientists in China.
(B)My work has been published in the leading biomedical research journals
Eigenfactor Score is a widely accepted index of the total importance of a
scientific journal, which adjusts for citation differences across
disciplines and allows better comparison across research areas (Exhibit C16)
. My papers are published in the leading journals in my field. Since these
journals are respected around the world, my contributions in the areas of XX
research have clear significance (Table 3).
(C)My work has been frequently cited by renowned scientists all over the
world
•My work establishing XX has been frequently cited and heavily
commented on by distinguished scientists around the world (Table 4).
•For example, my finding has been heavily discussed by Professor XX of
German Institute of Human Nutrition, who cites my work for six times in her
review paper (Nutrition, 2004) and states,...
•My another important findings (Journal. 2009) have been cited eleven
times and heavily discussed by Dr. XX, a senior Chief and Professor at xxx (
NIH). Dr. XX is the scientist who discovered the XX gene, heavily cites my
work on this gene in three papers (Mol Cell Biol. 2009, Histol Histopathol.
