work is should be a good reason. But typically you should elapse 90 days
since your RD to be eligible to request expedited process. However it may
depend. My wife called in in about 70 days past RD. The guy answered the
call took the case. In about 5 days, we received an email, saying " The
expedite is not approved, because your case has been approved...."

I just submit EAD in early June, it means I 'd better eslapse 90 days before
I call them. I need to use it in Aug.
When is you RD and which center? it took 70 days. and seems fast.

发帖数: 257 | 7 Usually, USCIS don't approve EAD expedite request within the normal
processing time frame (90days). If your case is more than 75 days, it is OK
to do expedite request. Or you might contact your congressmen or senator to
address you will have serious financial loss and submit documents, for
example, if you can not work, your family will lose all the income. I see
many Indian guys did the expedite EAD through congressmen and senator
successfully. Again, you need a good excuse.
