N*******m 发帖数: 517	3 B2-->I485比consular process简单多了，律师也会建议前者。但是注意不要B2入境就转身份。移民法上有30/60/90天潜规则，虽然没有明文规定，但是入境30天以内转身份，会有很大欺诈之嫌。30-60天也很悬。律师会建议60-90天后递交I485. F1/F2入境转绿卡也同理。
