application with premium processing for her yesterday (will be approved in
15 days; it is submitted with my H1b extension). This morning, she got a job
offer and will have H1b sponsorship. The H1b will be done in her two month
grace period.

I don't know the answer, but theoretically it's just a transition either
from F1 to H1, or H4 to H1, depending on whether you can stop this H4
application. Her company's lawyer should know how to handle this.
