2）一般网上，所写的USCIS Texas Service Center地址都是：

3）可是我的140 approval letter上写的是
IMMIGARATION & NATURALIZATION SERVICE
Texas Service Center
P.O. Box 851488 - DEPT A
Mesquite, TX 75185-1488
显然是另外一个地方，请问我应该记到哪里呢？
PS 我只有那个140 approval letter的正面复印件，看不到背面的信息
